New Owner Operator Pay Package
We have increased our mileage rate and significantly increased the fuel supplement for our owner operators. This increase will go a long way in helping our owner operators cope with rising fuel prices.

New Peterbilt Trucks
Today we proudly announce that we have received our first of 6 new Peterbilt 388 trucks. We will be putting these trucks into service over the next several months as we begin our process of renewing and expanding our fleet of company trucks.

Expanding office facilities
We are very excited to announce that we are expanding our office facilities at 100 Oakland Rd. The expansion will provide us with the space we need to continue growing for a number of years.
Our expansion also includes the construction of a new driver facility. This will give our drivers and owner operators a comfortable place to hang their hat on weekends or after hours. The facility will include a full kitchen, laundry facilities, shower & restroom, TV lounge area, and comfortable seating throughout. A very exciting time for all of our drivers and owner operators!

New Orientation Program
We have spent the last several months redesigning our orientation program for new drivers and owner operators. The process is designed around our focus on exceptional communication. We wanted to offer new members of the team the chance to understand our processes and properly meet the group before they are sent on their first trip. Every new driver has the opportunity to sit down with all of the different people in the office they will be working with. This allows both the driver and the office staff to have a clear understanding of each others' expectations before the driver leaves the yard for his/her first trip.
